new blood in town for halloween

Work has me traveling to Augusta pretty regular these days, and wouldn't you know it I land in Portland at 7pm on halloween night. Doesn't that just suck. As I'd rather spend the evening sipping Chartreuse with the like minded, than spending another holiday staring at an unfamiliar ceiling, I was curious if there was anything happening in the area that night.
