it was a nice little vacation, just me and 13,000 of my closest friends. And yes it's true that there is somthing 'memorable' about the Pennsic War. I'm not sure if it's the people, the classes, the parties, or standing on the field of battle wareing about 50 lbs of 14th century plate armor stareing down the lines of spears as the ground quakes and the roar of war fills your ears. the thunder of some 5000 shields clashing in unholy combat. or maybe it's the rush of bashing people so soundly that all they can do is curl up in a tight ball and wait for the furrious rain of blows to cease. then again, maybe it's the parties :D

Memorible moments:
* Winning the Ansotrian Rapier Tourney! Woo-hoo!! 75 fencers entered, double elemination tourney. I had one defeate, a double kill actually, but it still counts.

* the field battle: see above *grin*

* the bridge battle: see above *grin*

* the going away party thrown by the freescholars and "Vair and Ermine"

* seeing conner drunk off his ass. now that's comedy
