Update from the great white north.... eh?

okay I'm not in Canada, but I far enough north that they fly the canadain flag next to the american one pretty much every where you go. So I've been here for a while now, and I've been bad about keeping people posted I know *blush* :(

So anyway, work is good and the apartment is pretty nice. I would say that it's cold and drafty but it's fricking 12 degrees outside with a wind chill of like -7, so 'cold' is currently a realitive term. I havn't been doing much, well there really isn't much to do but hey. Read a couple of good books, been practicing my guitar, studing computer stuff and trying to get into the SCA scene up here. I'll be home at the begining of Feburary for a week. Think thats about all for the short version of the story, I'm online now and again, drop me an im, its nice to talk to people form home now and again. :)
anyway, I've rambled enough

Just got my computer up on Thursday, so now I am back as well. It snowed for the first time this winter last night, but no where near as cold as you are. Good to hear from you.

And I read that in ?Minnesota? the temperature was 54 BELOW ZERO!!! Cyndi gets the frosty shakes in 30 degree weather....I'd have to hibernate and lose my job and buy enough food to make it till the spring if I lived there.

lol, well hon actually it's only -2 ( get Mels temp (http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=04330)) here at the moment, but yeah friggin cold :P I'll tell you the trick...... just drink lots *grin*

oooh BAD kevin!

Well, the newest in my life is that I FINALLY landed a job as a developer. It's back at the company that laid me off last March. They came snivelling back offering me more money and a better job. Ha ha! Victory is mine ;)

The wedding is gonna be March/Aprilish. I'm gonna expect a valiant effort out of you to be there :)
