SCA-Hawkwood Baronial Birthday

So Dan (one of the new fencers at practice) and I schlept it up to Asheville friday afternoon for Hawkwood's Baronial Birthday. Gotta say: Hawkwood is quickly becoming one of my favoritest places in the SCA. Aside from the torrenchial downpours on friday night, and a few spotty showers it was a beutiful event. The White Scarves tryed to start up this new Tournment of the Courtier, which is a challange to learn more than a tournament. I love the idea, and I hope that it really picks up. Idealy doing this once or twice a reign. Etain's prize went very well and I think that it was really nice. Anyway, I'll go into more detail later.
