http://www.honfest.net/ apparently this is a required attendance event if you're new to the area. Having been referred to as "a local cultural immersion" it seems like it could be a big old ball of pink flamingo good time. If pink flamingos are your thing, apparently if you live in Baltimore you don't have a choice. *shrug*
